Operation for 2026 : All registrations will take place on site, on the board next to the open stage (Charneux area) from 8pm on Friday 11 September. When registering, please leave us a contact phone number.
• one participation per artist (solo or group);
• 1 hour of performance per artist;
• amplified performance, balance in "line check" (the sound engineer is only available for the duration of the performance, possibility to take the stage 30 minutes in advance for the balance)
• open only to participants of the Folk Festival of Marsinne (festival-goer, artisan.ne, luthier, volunteer, artist...)*
*This means that we do not offer entry to those wishing to perform on this stage: you must have your own entry. Please ensure that all members of the group are aware of these conditions and agree to them.

Facilities
Parkings
Follow the panels on site, the car park is no more than 15 minutes from the entrance.
Campsites
2 campings are free et reserved for tent. Opening time at 11.30 on Friday. (No booking).
Caravans and mobile homes
A special parking lot is available for caravans and mobile homes.
Children
Children are of course welcome! A baby changing area is available in the main building.
Showers and toilets
Showers are free, they're located in the camping 1. Toilet are dispatching all over the site and campings.
Opening time
Opening at 5 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday
Bar opens at the same ours.
Volunteers/press/artists: opening at 4:30pm on Friday.
Closure
Site closure :
- Friday and Saturday at 3 am
- Sunday at 2 am.
Bar closure :
- Friday and Saturday at 2.30 am
- Sunday at 2 am.
Instrument depot
Open all weekend. We accept no liability for theft or loss.
Dogs
Dogs are prohibited on the site, except for assistance dogs (guide dogs).
Garbage cans
We count on our festival-goers to help us leave no waste behind and to triage it correctly.
