Raphaël De Cock (Be)
Raphael is a multi-instrumentalist who plays on eccentric traditional folk music instruments and is a singer with even stranger vocal styles, whose origins are from the four corners of the world. Dive into his semi-improvised soundscapes, dream of distant lands, relax in a meditative sound bath, or sway to the rhythm of his sounds..... he undoubtedly decides in the moment the musicality that emanates from his being. Raphael De Cock - voice, traditional wind instruments, plucked and bowed string instruments ..
Lina Belaïd (Fr)
Lina Belaïd begins her musical training with the cello and the transverse flute at the conservatoire in the 17th arrondissement of Paris at the age of 7. She then joins Dominique de Williencourt's class at the CRR of Paris in 2010 and obtains her DEM in cello in 2017. That same year, she discovers world music by joining Ayoub Rahhal's gnawa group. It is during a trip to Greece that she is introduced to Eastern music and its modal system, transforming her vision of the instrument and her approach to it. She then becomes passionate about traditional music, mainly from the Maghreb and Eastern Europe, and plays in several Balkan music groups (Zaman Ludi, Lesto Drom, Fotia). She also studies free improvisation, performs in a variety of ensembles (French chanson, rock...) and works as a studio musician for audiovisual projects (ads and documentaries). Lina Belaïd will also be on stage with the group "Lyr trio" in a bal version.

MANÄCKEN
(BE)
When the Näcken* (pronounced "nèken") strays into Belgium, it becomes Manäcken, a duo formed in 2019 by Walloon musicians Marielle Vancamp (nyckelharpa, oktavharpa, and vocals) and Thibault Debehogne (guitar, bouzouki, and vocals), who draw from the richness of the Scandinavian musical repertoire while infusing it with a good touch of Belgian-ness. The name of the group encapsulates this universe: a dialogue between the Näcken, a mythical creature emblematic of Sweden that charms travellers with the wild notes of its violin, and the Manneken Pis, a mischievous icon of Brussels. Faithful to this spirit of encounter, Marielle and Thibault explore the bridges between the traditional music of the two regions, with a repertoire that is sometimes contemplative, sometimes festive. For Manäcken does not merely charm the ears in the manner of the Näcken: it also makes you dance !

CARNIBAL
(FR)
Cannibalism is a ritual practice that combines the fever of dance and sacrifice to the goddesses of groove. Since their meeting at the Carnaval Biarnès 2024 in Pau, the three devotees are always ready to set the dancefloor ablaze. Between Brittany, the South-West, and Languedoc, passing through Poitou and other trans-oceanic lands, the trio bites into the raw flesh of your calves to make you shake your booty. No to Lent! No to deficiencies! Yes to carnage, carrots, and late-night revelry! Here is a carnivorous, anthropophagous, and Rabelaisian ball for Carnival to live on all year round..

TRENCADIT
(FR)
Immersed in the traditional music and dances of Gascony, the musicians of Trencadit overflow significantly into their rock, noise, and pop influences. The repertoire blends compositions, traditional melodies, and Occitan songs. A popular music of riffs, trance, and saturation for an epic and uninhibited dance. The initial material of their music finds its source in the dances of the Landes and Béarn; the codes of traditional and popular dance are transfigured within the framework of original musical creations. Sound design, the fusion of acoustic and electric timbres, are major challenges of their work, constitutive of their identity. Beyond melodic composition, Trencadit continually develops the textures, languages, and sound fabric that become their signature.
